Upon successful completion of the project and receipt of full payment, Velora Agency grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final project deliverables. The client is free to use the final work for their business purposes as they see fit.
Velora Agency retains the right to display and feature the completed project in our portfolio, website, case studies, and other promotional materials. This helps us showcase our expertise and attract new clients. We will, of course, respect any confidentiality agreements in place and will not disclose sensitive information.
Any tools, methods, systems, or pre-existing materials ("Agency IP") used by Velora Agency to create the final deliverables are and will remain the sole property of Velora Agency. The client's license to use the final deliverables does not grant any rights to the underlying Agency IP.
Our projects may include third-party materials such as stock photos, fonts, icons, or software plugins. We will ensure that all third-party materials are properly licensed for use in the client's project. The client agrees to abide by the terms of any such third-party licenses.
Any costs associated with licensing third-party materials will be outlined in the project proposal and are the responsibility of the client.
The client represents and warrants that they have the full right and authority to provide us with any materials (text, images, logos, etc.) for use in the project. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Velora Agency from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from any breach of this warranty.
